Every poster leaves The Print Lab protected. We use rigid tubes or flat mailers depending on the size and format — nothing flimsy, nothing that lets a poster arrive bent or creased.

Specifics on carriers, costs, and how long your order takes depend on where you're sending it. Reach out with your location and we'll confirm the details before you order.

A poster is fragile. Corners get crushed, surfaces get dinged. We pack every order with that in mind — kraft paper wrapping, internal cardboard reinforcement on both sides, corners taped and braced. You're not getting a print folded into a box with air gap.

The quality of the print starts in the press. The quality of the delivery is on us. Both matter.

If your poster arrives damaged or wrong, that's a problem we solve. No waiting, no forms in triplicate — send us a message with photos and we'll handle it directly.

Returns are case by case. Most of the time, we send a replacement and don't ask for the damaged one back. Sometimes we do. Get in touch and we'll work it out.

The Print Lab ships beyond the US. Where you are, how long it takes, and what happens at customs varies by destination — there's no universal answer.

Before you order, tell us your location and we'll confirm what's realistic for your address, what duties or fees might apply, and whether we can get it there the way you want it. International shipping is real logistics, not a checkbox.
